Flexible composite plastic high-pressure conveying pipe
The pipe is a non adhesive flexible continuous composite pipe, which is composed of a layered inner lining layer, a reinforcement layer, and an outer protective layer. The inner lining transmission layer and the outer protective layer are usually extruded from polymer materials, and the reinforcement layer is usually made of high-strength fibers intertwined. Due to the independent structure of each layer, the pipe will experience relative displacement between each layer under high temperature and pressure conditions.
Structural process
It is a continuous composite pipe composed of multiple non-metallic materials, which is composed of an inner lining transmission layer, an intermediate reinforcement layer, and an external protective layer, and is not bonded between layers. The inner lining transmission layer and outer protective layer are extruded from different polymer materials according to different working conditions, and the middle reinforcement layer is made of high-strength fiber cross winding. The main products include flexible composite plastic high-pressure water injection pipes, flexible composite plastic high-pressure gas pipelines, flexible composite plastic oil pipelines, and flexible composite plastic alcohol injection pipes
